THANKS TO YOU, 15 CONVOYS HAVE SUCCEEDED
Now we need your on-going support.

In Ukraine, there is tremendous poverty, and the legacy of the Chernobyl nuclear disaster.

We're supporting local initiatives like a drugs-awareness theatre project, and a range of orphanages, foster families, schools, and clinics, including most recently our friends from the "Our Generation" youth organisation.

Our next Ukraine convoy is due to take place in September / October.

In Kosova and Albania we continue working with local communities and volunteers, in hospitals, schools, universities, and smaller projects.

We're also lucky enough to have colleagues with some of the major international aid agencies, and we work in a complementary fashion to "plug the gaps" and streamline the process of getting aid directly to wherever it's needed most.

Our next trip to Albania is leaving on Friday August 8th.

Please read about our work, and see if you can help.

Our newsletters are downloadable as PDF files: Autumn 02 & Spring 03 [1MB].

Brighton Lifeline is part of the Humanitarian Aid Volunteers Network.
